CPA Single tier report summaries 2007

Assessments of Benefits services are primarily based on achievement against the Departments 2005 HB/CTB Performance Standards. The Standards clearly set out what outcomes are expected from Benefit services.

CPA 2007 reports are based on a council's annual self-assessment for the period ending 31 March 2007 and achievement against reported performance data for the full year 2006/07.
